1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Hotaler Channel Manager ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hotaler provides a hotel channel management platform that allows hotels and property managers to synchronize rates, availability and reservations across multiple online travel agencies (OTAs) and booking channels.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged monthly or annually as selected. We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your property data. We process it only to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws, to distribute malware, or to interfere with other users or the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email 30 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
