We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, phone), property information you enter, booking data synced from OTAs, and usage logs for service improvement.
We use your data solely to provide the channel management service: syncing your availability and rates to OTAs, delivering booking notifications, and generating reports. We never sell your data to third parties.
We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Payment card data is tokenized using PCI DSS compliant methods. We conduct regular security audits.
